Stephen C. Howell. Age 69. July 13, 2017. Husband of the late Barbara (Parker). Devoted father of Shannan and Barbara Sproul (Timothy). Beloved son of Jean. Brother of William, Ron and Lorraine Hoover. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one granddaughter.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Viewing on Friday, July 21, 2017, from 11:30  A.M - 12:30 P.M. at Thomas J. Fluehr Funeral & Cremation Services at Hollen Funeral Home, 3160 Grant Avenue (West of Academy Road), Philadelphia, PA 19114. Religious service at 12:30 P.M. 

Interment at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
