Francis P. Owens, Sr., 67, Suddenly on February 4, 2023. Beloved husband of Kristine (nee Kettleband), devoted father of Tara, Chloe and Francis P., Jr., brother of Edward H. Jr., Robert (Eileen), Mary Jane Murphy, Gerard C. (Cheryl), Stephen (Regina) and Kathleen D'Angelo (Douglas). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives, friends and members of the Carpenter Union are invited to his Viewing on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 9:30 - 11:00 A.M. at Hollen Funeral  Home, Inc., 3160 Grant Avenue (West of Academy Road), Philadelphia, PA. Service at 11:00 A.M.

Interment private.
