Herbert G. Stahl, Jr.

Herbert G. Stahl, Jr. (Herb, Bert), 76, of Philadelphia passed away on February 6, 2021 after a long illness. He was born December 12, 1944 to Herbert and Ruth Stahl in New York, New York. Herb graduated from high school in Scotia, NY. He attended college at Valley Forge Christian College. He is survived by his brother, Larry Stahl (and wife Kathleen) and his sister, Robin Gendron (and  husband Wayne), as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in death by his parents.

Herbert felt drawn to Philadelphia by God to live and work in Philadelphia. His faith led him to help others who were struggling.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family would like to express sincere thanks to the Oakwood Healthcare and Oakwood Residence who cared for Herbert for his last years. The family thanks also Torresdale Hospital for giving compassionate care to Herbert during his recent hospitalizations.
